Lisa Gage spent her childhood years in Redondo Beach, California, where she developed a love for the beach and beauty of the natural world. Her passion for simple and beautiful interiors and architecture blossomed at this young age when her parents brought her to Design Expos and Model Home Shows for their mortgage business. As a teenager, she hand-sketched floor plans for her bedroom and learned to be creative with what she had. She was inspired during her travels to both Japan and Brazil, where she had the opportunity to experience different cultures, as well as architecture, design and colors specific to their countries. She relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2005 and during her time there, earned her degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Atlanta. She had many adventures there, getting to explore the great city of Atlanta, the gorgeous Georgia outdoors and the many historic areas of Georgia. Through her work experiences there, in both design and the natural health industry, Lisa soon realized her true passion in green design and green living. She has since returned to her hometown in California in 2011, bringing with her, the appreciation and enthusiasm for sustainability and healthy living- in the community, in the home and other indoor environments. Lisa is currently pursuing her dream to be a green designer and an eco-consultant. With her experience and knowledge, she is determined to be a leader in the community-to teach and influence others how to green their lives and indoor environments.
